Jenny went out of her way to find the bamboo we were after, she arranged delivery within a tight time frame. We wanted bamboo that was grown in Victoria as a lot of places get stock from Qld and we have found the don't like the cold weather. Will purchase again. Can not fault the service. Thanks Jenny.
